I reserve the right to reject any and all trades, commissions, requests, etc. for any reason.

I will not draw any fetishes or NSFW for you. Lightly suggestive poses/clothing is alright, but attempting to trick me into drawing anything other than that will result in you being blocked and blacklisted.

I reserve the right to repost a finished or unfinished commission and use it as an art example at any time.

If I create a design for you during the commission process, you may not claim it as your own unless you completely redesign it to the point of being unrecognizable.

If you reupload the artwork you commissioned me for, you are only allowed to do so with proper credit.

Do not, under any circumstances, remove, edit, or otherwise mess with my signiature/watermark.

I only accept payment through Kofi (PayPal USD).

Full payment is required upfront before I will begin working on your commission.

I do not do refunds after we have passed the sketching phase of the commission. Once I begin inking and coloring, the option for a refund is no longer available.

If I create a new, custom design for you, but you request a refund during the sketching stage, I will refund you. However, I will retain all rights to that original design, and you may not use it or post it anywhere as your own.

"Exposure" as payment will not be accepted.

I will not negotiate prices with you. My prices are clearly stated and will remain that way.
